Executive Team

The Card Services for Credit Unions (CSCU) executive team guides our strategy, ensuring every service we offer is focused on growing our member credit unions' revenues and relationships with their members.

Robert Hackney - President

Bob has been president of CSCU since 1998 and has more than 20 years of card industry experience including five years with FIS where he held the positions of vice president-controller and vice president-national accounts. He served on Visa’s Deposit Products Executive Council, comprised of executives from the largest debit card issuers in the U.S. from 2002-2006. Bob also served on the Visa U.S.A. Board of Directors from 2006-2007 and the Visa International Board of Directors and Inovant Board of Directors in 2007. Bob currently serves on Visa’s Risk Executive Council and Litigation Committee.

Prior to joining FIS, Bob spent 16 years in accounting and finance with Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Ernst), a "Big 4" public accounting firm, and with Eckerd Corporation, a large national retail drug chain. He received his CPA in 1979.

Bob received his M.B.A. in finance and B.B.A. in accounting from Florida State University and his B.S.B.A. in finance from the University of Florida, which he attended on an athletic scholarship and lettered in football.

Tom Davis - Senior Vice President, Finance & Technology

Tom Davis joined CSCU in 2004 and today wears many hats. He is a highly respected executive and tireless evangelist on new payment technologies and innovations and how they will positively impact the success and growth of credit unions. Along with being a visionary with at least one eye always on the horizon, Tom oversees CSCU's finance & accounting, internal product development, and technology functions.

Tom came to CSCU from Software Architects where he managed several large software development projects in multiple industries including financial services. Tom provides 25 years of product development, financial, accounting, software development, system design, and project management experience.

A graduate from Missouri State University with degrees in accounting and finance, Tom later received his M.B.A. from the University of South Florida where he graduated with honors and became a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honors fraternity. Tom has held several certifications in software development and system design as well as achieving his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Wendy Nolan - Vice President, Sales

Wendy joined CSCU in 2013 and manages the team of Sales Account Executives who are responsible for ensuring that Credit Unions have market competitive pricing and the tools needed to manage CU’s card portfolios as effectively and as profitably as possible. Wendy and her team also manages the new and renewal contract process along with the product solutions for every phase of our CU members’ relationship, from acquisition and activation through usage with Rewards, to retention and risk management.

Wendy came from PSCU Financial Services where she spent 19+ years including the roles of VP of Account Management and Director of Sales. Her primary responsibilities included managing key strategic accounts and identifying the right mix of products and solutions that improve credit and debit card usage and revenue, as well as acquiring new business sales. Prior to her roles in the payments industry, she was the Marketing and HR Director for Boston Post Office Employees Credit Union where she managed employees to focus in areas of member service, up-sell initiatives and motivation for goal achievement. Wendy has over 30 years of credit union expertise including sales, business development and account management.

Wendy graduated from Suffolk University in Boston, MA with a cum laude B.S. degree in Journalism and Technical Communications. She resides in Massachusetts.

Patty Wisniewski - Vice President, Human Resources

Patty joined CSCU in 2009 and is responsible guiding and managing all HR strategic initiatives, policies and programs.

Prior to joining the CSCU team, Patty worked in the human resources profession for over 12 years. Her experience encompassed many facets of HR, including compensation, benefits, HR systems, EEO compliance, immigration, employee relations and payroll. She spent five years with a global container shipping company and eight years with an international computer distributor holding a variety of HR positions at both companies.

Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from the University of South Florida. She has also earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
